Scholarship and Tuition Assistance

As a Catholic School, we rely on fundraisers, private donations and grants to supplement our budget for programs and materials for our students. We encourage our parents to participate in fundraising efforts and to volunteer a minimum of nine hours throughout the school year.

Tuition assistance and scholarships are available. Providence Catholic School has been selected to receive a grant per year from the Mary and George Kremer Foundation. With this particular grant, once a child is selected, they are guaranteed to receive some type of financial assistance throughout their education at Providence, as long as the need exists and the parents qualify. Applications can be submitted only in the spring of the year for children entering grades 1-8.

We also offer a multi-parish scholarship. This scholarship is offered quarterly and is meant to target families that have come across unexpected obstacles. The scholarship is offered in March, June, September and December of the year, and is open to students in grades K-8. Based on a point system, tuition assistance can range from $250 to $1,250 as determined by the Pastor and Principal. Recipients of the scholarships remain confidential to the Pastor, Principal, Finance Secretary and Education Committee Treasurer.

For more information or to receive the application(s) please contact the appropriate school office.
