71% of the current eighth grade class is enrolled in the advanced math class at
Central High School. This is the largest number of students Providence
has ever sent to that class.

Last year the Providence Scholastic Challenge team of seventh and eighth
graders took second place among a large number of Catholic schools in the
Kenosha/Racine area.

All middle school students presented a science project to a panel of judges
from area high schools. All students received awards but almost 50% of
the entries were awarded blue ribbons.
